About the product
This publication contains a presentation given at the conference 'First Europe-Latin America Dialogue on Promotion of Energy Efficiency'. The publication stresses the importance of studying legislative measures to promote sustainable development of the energy sector and recognizes the importance of a dialogue between the two regions.
