Pollution by Dumping

التنسيق *
Ocean dumping, the deliberate disposal of toxic, harmful, noxious or persistent substances and materials into the sea, from ships, aircraft, platforms and other man-made structures at sea, raises a series of issues which can be placed into two categories: the establishment of rules or standards and their enforcement. This study provides information from the Law of the Sea Conventions, on the evolution of the provisions relating to ocean dumping.
