About the product
The publication discusses the different new or innovative ways that exist in order to finance transport infrastructure projects. A detailed review of existing tools and methodologies used by the Governments in order to finance their transport infrastructure is included. However, other innovative tools such as the public private partnerships, the electronic tolls as well as the land value tax are presented and analyzed.
