About the product
Nations have expressed their concern, there have been conventions, declarations and even commissions set up but information still suggests that women have virtually been excluded from the formulation of and influence on the foreign policy of their own countries. In an effort to ascertain the participation of women in decision-making on peace and disarmament, the Division on the Status of Women, of the Centre for Social Development and Humanitarian Affairs, conducted research and their findings are presented in this series of individual country case studies.
