The Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) conducts evaluations to capture evaluative evidence of UNDP’s overall contribution to development results at the global, regional and national levels and, in particular, its contribution to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Conducted within the framework of the UNDP Evaluation Policy, the Evaluation of UNDP Contribution to Poverty Reduction assesses the role and contribution of UNDP to poverty reduction across the countries where it works.
