About the product

The main objective of this study is to formulate a regional plan for the reduction of 50 percent of BOD generated by the Mediterranean coastal industrial activities by the year 2010. This plan is intended for use by national bodies as a basis for the elaboration of sectorial national action plans to reduce the release of BOD into the marine environment.
