The present volume reproduces the case-file relating to the Application for Revision and Interpretation of the Judgment of 24 February 1982 in the Case concerning the Continental Shelf (Tunisia/ Libyan Arab Jamahiriya) (Tunisia v. Libyan Arab Jamahiriya). That case, entered on the Court’s General List on 27 July 1984 under number 71, was the subject of a Judgment delivered on 10 December 1985 (Application for Revision and Interpretation of the Judgment of 24 February 1982 in the Case concerning the Continental Shelf (Tunisia/Libyan Arab Jamahiriya) (Tunisia v. Libyan Arab Jamahiriya), Judgment, I. C.J. Reports 1985, p. 192). The Application, observations and pleadings are published in chronological order in the present volume, which also contains the related correspondence. For convenience of consultation, the system of references used in the five volumes published in relation to the case concerning the continental shelf between Tunisia and the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya has been maintained in the present volume, as the proceedings in the Application for Revision and Interpretation relate to that case (I.C.J. Pleadings, Continental Shelf (Tunisia/Libyan Arab Jamahiriya), Vols. I-V). In accordance with that system, bold Roman numerals refer to the four procedural volumes, while ringed numerals added in the margin of the present volume refer to maps reproduced in Volume V of the Pleadings in that case.
