The 1963 Demographic Yearbook is the fifteenth in the series of compendia of demographic statistics issued by the Statistical Office of the United Nations since 1948 and the second of three consecutive issues featuring the results of population censuses held during the period 1955-1964. The first of these three issues was that of 1962, published in 1963; the third will be the 1964 issue, to be published in 1965.
L'Annuaire demographique de 1963 est Ie quinzieme d'une serie de recueils de statistiques demographiques que Ie Bureau de statistique fait paraitre depuis 1948, et Ie deuxieme de trois volumes consecutifs consacres specialement aux resultats des recensements de population effectues pendant la periode 1955-1964. Le premier de ces trois volumes etait ceIui de 1962, qui a pam en 1963; Ie troisieme sera celui de 1964,
qui paraitra en 1965.
