About the product
This publication provides information on different financing mechanisms for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects in rural areas in particular. It considers cases from China, India, Malaysia, Nepal and Thailand which have some uniqueness in order to transform existing digital divide among rural and urban people, and poor and rich into digital opportunities in the region.
