About the product
This publication presents an inventory of the current practices of twenty-nine United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) countries in measuring non-observed economic (NOE) activities. NEO are critical to obtaining accurate and complete national accounts statistics. They include activities classified as underground, illegal, informal or undertaken by households for their use.
