About the product
This report contains documents that were presented by the Secretary-General to the Preparatory Committee of the International Conference on Financing for Development at Monterrey, Mexico, in March 2002. The papers address national, international and systematic issues related to the mobilization of funds to finance global development while reducing poverty. Recommendations for the consideration by the Preparatory Committee are also included.
