About the product
This publication provides information on the environmental characteristics of three products: paper, laundry detergents, and textiles. It gives an overview of environmental criteria in each of the three product categories in up to thirteen eco-label schemes. Criteria in Environmental Labelling also highlights major methodological assumptions related to environmental assessments in general, and product-related life-cycle assessment in particular. The purpose of the publication is to present a comparison of environmental criteria for similar product categories, drawn from different eco-labelling schemes.
