The 1968 Demographic Yearbook is the twentieth in the series of compendia of demographic statistics issued by the Statistical Office of the United Nations since 1948. The special topic of this issue is marriage and divorce statistics which have not been featured since the 1958 issue.
L'Annuaire demographique de 1968 est Ie vingtieme d'une serie de recueils de statistiques demographiques que Ie Bureau de statistique de l'Organisation des Nations Unies fait paraitre depuis 1948. La presente edition a pour sujet special les statistiques de Ia nuptialite et de la divortialite, qui n'avaient pas fait l'objet d'une etude approfondie depuis l'edition de 1958.
