About the product
This inventory provides comprehensive information on a wide range of aspects concerning space technology applications in the context of sustainable development in the region. It also provides overviews of space activities at regional and national levels, based on information extracted from a variety of sources. The publication will provide a useful reference tool not only for the space community but also for other scientists and technologists, researchers, environmentalists, resource managers, planners, decision makers and the general reader. This is the first inventory in space technology capabilities, facilities and activities in the Asia and Pacific region to be published under the auspices of the Regional Space Applications Programme for Sustainable Development (RESAP).
