Rethinking Public Administration takes a new look at public administration, identifies major influencing forces and highlights public administration approaches and techniques which need updating and revision. It is intended to provide an overview and a comparative perspective on public administratinon in developing countries and particularly, the evolution of administrative problems, practices and strategies.
