This text is based on a hands-on theme meeting on Peer to Peer (P2P) techniques for drug abuse prevention. Held in May 2001 in Norrkoping, Sweden, the meeting brought together (P2P) groups from fourteen European Union countries. These youth groups and youth workers discussed the principles and methods of a good Peer to Peer drug abuse prevention program. Included in this document is an overview of their discussions and a set of guidelines.
