It is part of the project Changing Minds Policies and Lives, a project strategy focused on developing knowledge and tools for the reform of three essential family welfare system regulators. This toolkit is part of a three set collection, the other two focus on standards to ensure family-centered outcomes, and financing to redirect resources to community based services.
