About the product
The new edition of the Chart provides the most complete and up-to-date information available on the abortion laws, practices and policies of 195 countries. The chart indicates the grounds on which induced abortion is legally permitted in each of the countries and complements the information with relevant demographic data for each country. It also includes the incidence of abortion, the level of contraception prevalence, the total fertility rate and the maternal mortality rate.
