The texts of the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic and the European Agreement Supplementing the Convention on Road Traffic have been periodically amended, in order to keep pace with technological advances and a growing demand from society in the areas of road safety and protection of the environment. This publication includes the 2006 consolidated versions of the Convention and the Agreement.
