About the product
This study focuses on information technology (IT) sector in Armenia. It reviews the country's general economic environment and its national export diversification policy; gives an overview of Armenia's exports and imports, as well as market situation and characteristics for selected information technology products. It examines the country's IT industry and its development; outlines sales, marketing and distribution channels; technical requirements and regulations. Annexes provide a review of information telecommunication technologies in Armenia and their potential for integration into world system; information technology hardware utilized in Armenia. This publication also presents comments and data on information infrastructure and Internet in the country.
